If purchasing my products, you agree to follow my set of rules. Failure to follow these are not at my fault
If you are purchasing from me a second time or/and have read these before, you are not required to do so again.

Digital Art terms
♡ I offer a priority fee of 25% of the total, designed for rush commissions or deadlines.
♡ I only do payment through ko-fi or paypal invoice.
♡ Commissions over $20 will require half payment upfront, half when I begin the commission.
♡ I will not accept payment after completion.
♡ I may refuse a commission without explanation.
♡ I may cancel a commission without explanation, with appropriate refunding if needed.
♡ I will only do refunds after one week without any progress or updates.
♡ Once I start a commission, I will not accept refunds.
♡ I am not required to refund you immediately.
♡ You may edit any of my art yourself as long as I am asked first.
♡ You may not use my art for commercial use without stating so before paying. There will be an additional charge.
♡ You may not trace my artwork.
♡ I have the right to take as much time as I need on your commission. If you need the art to be finished quickly, discuss this with me before I start.
♡ Excessive changes to your art will require an additional fee.
♡ I will not draw any uncomfortable fetish art, (i.e. pregnancy, scat, golden showers, etc.) If you are unsure, you are free to ask for clarification from me.
♡ If I think that your commission is asking too much of me compared to what I am charging you, I have a right to charge more or back out.
♡ I will not draw feral pornography, do not request this at any time.
♡ I will not draw romantic or sexual connotations between a feral and anthro/humanoid character.
♡ Do not rush me, I will keep you updated on my progress as I work.
♡ When commissioning me for graphic content, please be respectful to myself and my boundaries as a human being.Closed/open species I will not draw under any circumstance:

physical art terms
♡ I do not include my return address on shipped products, meaning there is a chance your package will be lost.
♡ If a package is lost, I will make a replacement free of charge, depending on your order.
♡ If you are outside of the US and your package gets lost, I will request half the shipping cost. I will pay the other half.
♡ This should go without saying, but I will require your personal information, such as your full name and address.
♡ After I start a commission, I do not accept refunds
♡ Refunds can be requested after a week of no updates from me.
♡ Badge commissions have limited stock with charms, backdrops, and keyrings. You will select out of what is in stock, otherwise you can be notified when I restock.
design terms
♡ Do not resell my designs you got from trade unless they have added art.
♡ Avoid selling my designs for more than what you paid.
♡ Do not over/underprice my designs, if you want to know their worth please message me.
♡ Do not delete my designs profiles.
♡ I'd prefer if you'd not co-own my designs, but if you do please let me know.
♡ Don't take heavy inspiration from my designs.
♡ If you redesign my designs, please keep the original design attached.
♡ Do not make twins or separate profiles.
♡ You can redesign my designs.
♡ You may make any kind of art of my designs, including NSFW, gore, and sensitive topics.
♡ You may NOT make or commission controversial art of my designs.
♡ You can lightly edit the images I make of designs, do not go overboard with editing please.
♡ If you have been traded or purchased a design that has been claimed to be by me, I am not responsible for compensation if it is a scammed design or a fraud.
